Is it free?

Yes, completely free.

Where do the BBQ locations come from?

From OpenStreetMap, the free map made by volunteers. If a BBQ is missing or wrong, you can add or fix it at openstreetmap.org, and it'll show here after our next update.

How do I report a broken or dirty BBQ?

Open the BBQ's page and tap 🔧 Broken or 🧽 Dirty. Other people will see the note for 2 weeks. For council BBQs, please also tell the council so they can fix it.

Why isn't my post showing?

Every post is checked by a moderator first to keep things family-safe. You can see its status under Account → My posts.

Can I review restaurants or BBQ shops?

No. Aussie BBQ is about public BBQs, tips and recipes, so there are no business ratings.

Can I add it to my home screen?

Yes. On iPhone tap Share → Add to Home Screen; on Android tap the menu → Install app.
